その方法の一つは、多くの先生がやっているようにゲームを作ることです。私は英語教師なので、子供たちが基本的な文法スキルを練習できるようにデザインされていることがよくあります。そして、ゲームをプレーして「勝つ」ことには、スキルを身につけること以上の意味があることに気付くかもしれません。

未来的なサッカースタジアム。

大切なのは、自分が重要だと感じることと、自分がやっていることが重要だと感じることだ。私にとって、心と頭という何かに全力を注ぐことができると感じることと、自分のさまざまな部分が生きていて、挑戦され、支えられていると感じることが、私にとって大切だと思います。愛され、愛されていると感じることは、私にとって良い人生の中心のように思えます。
