...technology or even the specter of an AI super-teacher can’t dehumanize education, because we’ve already dehumanized it all by ourselves.

I think a lot of communities have a problem of too much competition, I guess. That they can't... when it gets to a point that they can't be happy for other people's accomplishments and that the only thing they can do is want to be better than the other person or the rest of them.
